    THE COMPLETE SERVICE

  • ESSENTIALLY OILS LIMITED has fifteen years' experience in the specialist sourcing and supply of pure essential oils for use by professional aromatherapists worldwide. Our very extensive range of oils is imported, wherever possible, direct from growers, producers and co-operatives at source and all oils are independently analysed using the most advanced GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) techniques as the cornerstone of our conscientious procedures for Quality Control.
     
  • From our base at Mount Farm in the English Cotswolds, we supply direct to more than 15,000 aromatherapists in some 50 different countries, offering express door-to-door delivery.
     
  • With a proven commitment to research and technology, we have been pioneers in the launch of an INTERNET website and in the provision of detailed technical and scientific information about the products we supply. Members of the Aromatherapy Trade Council (U.K.) and trade members of the International Federation of Aromatherapists and National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (U.S.A.) we are pledged to the integrity of the essential oil industry and to the future of Aromatherapy in the new  millennium.

    ORDERING
     
  • Orders are welcomed by telephone, fax, email and post. Normal despatch of orders is within 48 hours of receipt (check at time of ordering). U.K. deliveries are made by post or courier on either a 24-hour or 48-hour service. International deliveries are made via Parcelforce Worldwide Express (a 3-5 day service for the majority of countries, for which we will gladly quote at time of ordering) or by your appointed courier or freight agent. All orders are fully trackable through our despatch database.
     
  • V.A.T., at the prevailing rate, is charged on top of our listed prices for all customers within the E.U., with the exception of the items in the Book List.
     
  • Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE within the U.K.; for overseas orders we will be delighted to quote competitive rates at time of ordering. We do not impose any minimum order.
     
  • Payment is accepted by all major credit and debit cards, including SWITCH, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB; alternatively by cheque (payable to Essentially Oils Ltd.) or direct transfer by BACS.
     
  • Returns can only be accepted if we are notified  within seven days of receipt.

  • We will endeavour to source any product not featured in the current list, and to quote competitively for bulk quantities of any item.
     
  • As experienced contract bottlers and packers, with fully automated filling equipment, we are delighted to assist with your own label requirements and product ranges. Please call for a quotation.
     
  • Through our associated company, ANALYTICAL INTELLIGENCE LIMITED, using the independent Laboratory of the Government Chemist, we can cater for any of your essential oil testing requirements. Full details and prices on application.
     
  • The ESSENTIALLY OILS MONTHLY NEWSLETTER (distributed to ALL customers FREE OF CHARGE) provides a wealth of information (technical and esoteric) about essential oils, advances in Aromatherapy and other related and developing areas, as well as exclusive SPECIAL OFFERS every month. Your most regular source of update in the industry.
     
  • Specially compiled FACTSHEETS (priced at £1.00 each) are available for many of the rarer and particularly complex oils which we supply. A full list of these can be sent to you on request..
