True Hydrosols (‘Floral Waters’) or Hydrolats are the by-product of the steam/water distillation process containing the ‘hydrophilic’ components derived from the starting plant material. Ours are filtered at 0.2 m and microbiologically tested; they are 100% natural, containing no additional preservatives or additives, and the entire range is certified organic. Under proper storage, they should have a ‘life’ of 9 - 12 months.
